This is a great impact! For the price it’s even better! It easily breaks loose lug nuts on light ti medium duty vehicles. Great tool to add to your garage tool collection.

Used it once. It seems the product is good but I can’t say the same for customer/after sales service.
It would be nice if they send me replacement belt clip. Called customer service and also sent an email. It has been 3 wks and counting.

Each setting is ideal for different uses. The first is ideal for light-duty work, the second is for medium-duty work and finally the third is for heavy-duty larger-sized bolts. The RPM of this unit is 0-2800 and the IPM is 0-4000. Torque is constant at 540ft/lbs. (400N.m.). This unit will be strong enough for lug nuts. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy and satisfied with this impact wrench, it has made everyday jobs on the cars super easy and faster. This very compact tool has great impact pressure and it helps you remove lug nuts and camber bolts in seconds. The last couple of brake replacements I've done have significantly taken less time, and when replacing the bolts you can have peace of mind that everything is on tightly and safe. I'd highly recommend this tool!
