Great Chainsaw!

We bought this chainsaw a month ago. My husband was diagnosed with cancer last year and lost a tremendous amount of weight and endurance due to his treatment. He has
really enjoyed using this chainsaw to gain back energy. It is lightweight and the fact that
you only press a button to start is wonderful. Right now he runs out of energy before it
looses it charge but each day he adds more time. It has become a great form of rehabilitation:) He is looking forward to draining the
battery!!

Purchased about 1 month ago have cut different sizes of trees and brush cuts like knife thru butter batteries last a good hour or more just purchased the battery powered pressure washer really like there tools
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought approximately two months ago have cut up trees and branches from storms works great get about 1 hour run time but they are all different size of trees etc cuts like a knife thru butter Definitely would recommend this product

I purchased this and cut what I needed and couldn’t cut with an old chain saw. It went through it like butter. Now I am looking for something else to cut. Very good chain saw!

Quick ship of useless saw

Good news is that the saw arrived within 2 days of their business being open. Bad news is that one of the batteries is bad (red light on charger). Called Customer Support and was told that I should not store charged batteries on the saw. Also told that I should only use wall outlet and not a power strip. Last, batteries must be stored in an air conditioned/heated area. Great - what does that have to do with a NEW battery that has not even yet been charged? Finally convinced Customer Support that their comments had NOTHING to do with my problem on a NEW battery. Went through their "testing" and they finally agreed that I had received a bad battery. They will send another battery - but will not arrive for 12 days or so. Why can they ship a complete saw, charger and batteries in 2 days and it takes 12 days for just a battery? Guess I can forget about trimming shooting lanes on my deer hunting lease over Labor Day! Will try the saw WHEN I get a set of batteries that work - but have lower expectations than when I bought a Greenworks chainsaw.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
