Powerful trimmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try the Green Works 24V Cordless 13" TORQDRIVE™ String Trimmer w/ 4.0 Ah Battery.
I am new to battery powered trimmers. My biggest concern was that it wouldn’t be able to tackle my yard. I was pleasantly surprised. It kept up with the job. There was no hesitation.
Easy assembly. Lots of manuals. There were 3 separate manuals... one for putting it together. One for the battery and then one for actual use.
I am going to replace my other yard tools with Green Works in the future!

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was so much easier to use than my cord string streamer. With it still being hot here, and trying to get the yard ready for winter(if we have one) this light weight cut my yard time in half and a great jump getting rid of the summer weeds.

I have 2.5 acres and it has been made me wonder how I have lived with out this for so long! It is lightweight, and easy for a small, older woman like me to handle. Being battery operated it allows me to go all over my yard, compared to the eclectic one I had before. Gas tools and I don't get along! It bumps easily to advance the trimmer line. As a bonus added feature, there is a USB port on the battery so I can charge my phone or other device when needed. I love this trimmer! Makes my yard work much easier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Greenworks 24V Cordless String Trimmer with AH Battery a week ago and i really love it, is amazing, easy to use, lightweight but powerful and durable. This Trimmer gets the job done for my front and backyard to look amazing as it cuts through the grass.I highly recommend for anyone that doesn't have the confidence to maintain or the strength to use a traditional gas weed eater.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This trimmer has made my yard work so much easier. I upgraded from a corded trimmer to the Greenworks 24 volt, 12" cordless trimmer. Best choice ever! It took me about 5 minutes to put it together.. it takes approximately 4 hours for the battery to charge, and you get between 35 to 40 minutes of use time from a single charge.It is a little heavier than my old corded one, but having the ability to easily maneuver it without getting tangled up in a cord Is amazing! The trimmer has a simple push start button, and an automatic line feeder(there is also a manual override if needed.) .My only suggestion is to get a second battery, especially if you have a large yard. Great quality made products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try this product . Even my friends couldn’t believe I couldn’t wait to get off work to use it ! Lol . The directions were good at helping with assembly and I can’t put anything together not even a shower head . But it didn’t tell me how to use it . So I turned to YouTube it took a few mins to find some videos . Once I tired it out I still felt like I was doing it kind of wrong with the silver flappy thing. I tired to use it as an edger at first was under the impression that you could basically use it as one. It kind of worked but then I looked at another video and realized how to actually work it . It’s good for high grass that the lawn mower can’t reach . I did use it for about 30-45 mins and battery was still strong . I think I might use it as well in between cuts . Can’t wait to use it again . Ps I just got my first place where am actually in charge of the lawn . Hence the excitedness about trying this . But I think I will have to get an edger as well.

Excellent Power

I have owned many different types of trimmers, including gas trimmers and trimmers that are attached to a chord. The green works, Torqdrive is extremely powerful and easily trims and cuts through grass on my property. It is convenient to use since it runs of a battery and easy to start. I have used it multiple times and i have yet had to recharge the battery. I did test the the charger which confirmed for me that is easy to remove the battery and charge it, when the time comes. Great product, great quality and great price. I would definitely recommend this trimmer.

Lightweight and efficient

The trimmer is easy to use, portable, and lightweight. My boyfriend borrowed it for his plants/shrubs and I'm not sure I'm getting this one back.
