Gets very hot

I was charging my laptop and its gets extremely hot almost uncomfortable to hang on to.
Pros: Powerful
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Charging a laptop draws a continuous, maximum 65-watt load, which can cause this ultra-compact GaN charger to feel very warm as the outer shell works to push internal heat away from the circuitry. It should naturally cool down once your laptop battery reaches 80%. For the best performance, please ensure it is plugged directly into a wall outlet on a hard, flat surface.

Compact and powerful!

I’ve been very happy with the Greenworks SD306 screwdriver. This handheld tool comes in very handy for projects and repairs around the house. The 8V motor provides surprisingly powerful torque for such a compact screwdriver. When you need extra driving power, I recommend using the pivot handle, as it gives you better leverage and makes the most of the tool’s torque. Overall, it’s easy to use, convenient, and performs well. I definitely recommend this product.

Batteries fail in less than three years

I've had this vacuum almost three years. It does work well on the shortest run time. But 18 minutes isn't enough to do a full house. Both my batteries failed before 3 years was up. They did replace them, but that means my new batteries probably won't last that long. In addition, the batteries will overheat while using the vacuum and then they won't charge till they cool off. They don't always last the full nine minutes opn high. When they failed, they refused to charge beyond 50% and a warning symbol came up on the charger. I wouldn't buy it again.

This is my first Greenworks product and it has been outstanding!
I love the compact size of the product. It packs a lot of power in a small package. The 24V battery definitely has more power than others. One of my favorite things is it can charge with a micro usb and doesn't need a separate charger. Makes it so nice to use when camping or throw in my truck when I'm on the go. I'm going to be buying more products after putting this one to the test!

Very powerful drill, Great power and very light.

Was pleasantly surprised by by this tool. It is a very powerful drill an compares to my much more expensive drill from another company. This thing drills through concrete, wood, anything else with ease and has a ton of torque. I will say that 2.0 Ah battery does not last long when doing heavy duty work but that is the nature of the 2Ah battery. The battery does charge fast with USB and can also be reversed to charge your phone. Very novel Idea for a battery.
