MUST HAVE tool for everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this 24V product after my older non-Greenworks corded tool stopped working. Using this multi-tool kit for a tiling project and it is AMAZING! The scraper tool effortlessly peeled the previous flooring off the subfloor. I also purchased a diamond-blade to cut through cement-board with some precision cuts needed for this particular job. Can't wait to purchase additional tool attachments for it.

I love this flashlight. It can stand upright unlike conventional flashlights. Has a hook for hanging as well. The rechargeable batteries last forever too!

Can't insert tools

I followed the instructions and watched the available videos, but the clamping plate doesn't move.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sorry to hear about this issue. Please make sure that the clamping plate is placed well into the holder of the machine, otherwise you cannot spin the quick release lever. If this does not fix the issue, please contact Greenworks Customer Experience Agent at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS) and they will be happy to assist with the warranty claims process.

Highly effective and versatile

I've been using this for a couple of weeks and I have to say that it is a very powerful package. The amount of force this thing can exert is insane, and it is very nice to use, but I have one complaint. whenever the handle is installed you can't insert or remove the battery, and that adds an extra step whenever you're switching it out.
