I have many Greenworks tools.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This circular saw is light compared to my skill saw and cut through 3/4 ply without any problems. Battery is good and yet to be recharged. I have several greenworks tools that use the 24V battery which is very handy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Only marginally worth it as a freebie in a combo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a light. It does what every light does. It makes light. For $30 it's far too limited. It only has spotlight mode. No wide angle so if you are working in a crawlspace you have to contiunually reposition it. So, not much better than a flashlight except even my $1.50 temu flashlight has a wide angle zoom that give me a flood function. But honestly the worst is the trigger style switch. It's almost impossible to carry without turning it on. Then turning it off when you pick it up to repostion it. Even if you conciously don't squeez it just the natural carry position will cause your finger to brush the trigger. For 30.00 it should have at least a lock, a 360 swivel and a narrow/wide angle lens.
I'd never ever buy this product, not even for $5. I only had it because it was part of a combo. I'd much rather have had an extra battery instead. I keep in in a cabinet for power outages as that's all its best use; where you can turn it on an walk away.
Note: who needs a flashing function? I guess for if that one person in 50,000 that uses it is trapped in a well they can signal at night.
