[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously purchased an 1800 PSI electric pressure washer. I purchased the 2500 PSI model today because I liked the features. I’ve already used it and it works as advertised. I’m happy with the product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product and great competitive price. A little disappointed by the little nylon / polyester storage bag - would have been nice to have had separate compartments for the battery and for the charger, so they're not all thrown in smooshed against each other.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had a great experience with a string trimmer, a blower and lawn mower so I reached out and bought a reciprocal saw to cut down some saplings on our property. Every bit as happy with the new saw as the other products!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Drill is heavier and slower than some lower-voltage rotary hammers. Battery life only so-so when drilling into stone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Markcaver. Thank you for your feedback. Higher-voltage rotary hammers are engineered for greater impact energy and durability, which often makes them heavier than some lower-voltage models. This unit weighs -5.48lbs without the battery included. When drilling into dense materials like stone, the tool prioritizes torque and impact force over rotational speed, which can feel slower but delivers the power needed for such demanding applications. Battery life can also be affected by the hardness and density of the material, as drilling into stone requires significantly more energy draw than softer substrates. We appreciate you sharing your experience and will keep your input in mind as we continue refining our designs. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My "brand new" drill - received 7/2/2025 - was already nearly 5 years old - production date 10/10/2020
The chuck was rusty and I wonder if it was actually a refurbished product

Hello Cut1. Thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns. The question regarding the tools' date stamp is understood, and the concern is appreciated. Be advised that the date displayed is typically the manufacturing date, not an expiration date. Tools are engineered for a significant shelf life and remain effective long after their production date. Proper maintenance and storage is important. Regular cleaning, inspection, and lubrication can prevent wear, rust, and premature failure. Tools should be stored in a dry, cool, and ventilated environment away from direct sunlight, moisture, and dust. Adhering to manufacturer recommendations for maintenance and use is vital for maximizing a tool's longevity. Greenworks 24V platform is backed by a three year warranty. If you ever have specific questions or concerns about this or any other Greenworks products, contact Greenworks via Live chat on our website (www.greenworkstools.com), call us at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS) or refer to the FAQ ask section of the tool or ask us a question, anytime.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used it once and the locking pin fell in the high grass and I can’t find. Just want to order a locking pin and they require part number. It does not list part number in the Manuel or in the QR code on box. Why does it have to be so hard to find a part this day and age.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own the 60V electric weed eater and the 80V push mower, and honestly, I’m blown away. I love these machines so much, it’s hard to put into words. My backyard grass often grows over a foot tall, and the mower handles it like a champ—just one pass and it’s cleanly cut. No bogging down, no second rounds needed.
As for the weed eater, I accidentally left it out in the rain for over a week (oops), and it still fires up and cuts like a boss. Tough, reliable, and powerful—these tools have completely changed the way I handle yard work. Highly recommended for anyone wanting pro-level results without the gas hassle. I just wish I had the leaf blower to go with my kit!!!
