Exactly what we needed!

Have had ours for 5-7 years without issue. We have had it jam up every so often but it seems to be related to when it gets close to the end of a role.

Years of excellent performance

I've had this 5200 for about 5 or 6 years and it has not failed me once. I've had the occasional ribbon cartridge give me some grief, but never the printer. The rechargeable battery last most of a busy workday and the ability to switch over to the AA batteries has finished the day. My kit is stocked with several size ribbons and a set of new batteries. The 5200 is the "gold standard" in our organization and we have hundreds of them. The only ones we replace are those accidentally drop-tested from a lift...
I would recommend this to a friend!

garbage - everything this company makes is garbage. and it isn't cheap garbage, to boot.
