Korey was very helpful in getting the desk they were out of stock and got a hold of the manager and arranged for a next day pick up from another store very pleased with the service would recommend them to my friends
I opened the box and thought " assembly looks easy" . I couldn't have been more wrong. Some part bags aren't labeled. Worse is that several different parts from step 1 and subsequent steps are all mixed together in one bag. There is barely any written directions and they supply one picture for several steps. The pictures aren't detailed so it is very easy to assemble it backwards etc. The instructions have you install plastic leg protectors on the back legs yet the casters do not fit in the metal legs because it causes the screws of the casters to be angled. After an hour trying to fix it I gave up and took the plastic protectors off. I highly suggest 2 people assembling this just due to having to hold the legs etc. I did it by myself but had to ignore the assembly picture to do so. I don't think will hold up to heavy use.
The table once assembled is very sturdy. Many of the fine features I did not need. Once I got it to 4 legs and a table top I stopped. Not 5 stars because of the instructions on how to assemble. Pictures in the book instead of drawing would have been better. Also not all of the parts are marked. They did give an extra piece of hardware should I have dropped one. I work in the hardware industry so that is important. I never seen such a big mouse pad. I would hate to meet a mouse that big. I am not a gamer so I guess gamers need big mouse pads. Hence the name Gaming desk. I just call it a computer table.
