Worked for 2 weeks doesn’t power on and I can’t tell if the power adapter is working because neither the power port or adapter have led indicators to show charging or not. I bought this laptop because back in the day they made some great motherboards.

Dear Kristjan,
Thank you for your comment.
We do understand your disappointment with the product and the inconvenience this may have caused if laptop will not power on or bootup suddenly. To resolve the issue, please do the following. Please try to do a power cycle by pressing and holding down the power button to shut it down completely. If it still black screen after a few minutes, at least 10 minutes, please repeat the power cycle process again. If the laptop is applying updates in the System Registry, it will black screen temporarily until the update were applied successfully. Also, please try to disconnect the power cable and let the unit drain for 24 hours to clear the memory. This will reset the hardware to default settings. After doing this, please reconnect your AC adapter, do not power on the laptop until the battery was charged. Should you need further assistance with the product, please email me at cl-rodel@asus.com and I would be more than happy to help. I love it love it love it! I just wish it was a little quicker. With some more pepsin it’s step from either more RAM or a much better processor, this computer would be a 9.6 out of 5. Good job, Asus

Feels small, but it is light and tough. Good response overall so far. I feel 4 GB Ram for this PC is a waste of resources, and it limits the potential of the Ryzen 3 processor. I love it so far :)
