Wonderful with one problem

My only wish would be regarding dog hair. It needs to go back to empty the canister more often and there is no way to set that in the app other than that, it’s wonderful!

The Dreams X40 is a dream

This robot vacuum is thorough and self-sufficient. Simply change out the fresh/dirty water and cleaning solution from the base station and the robot does the rest. After a brief mapping of the house, the X40 autonomously vacuums and mops the entire house, guiding itself back to the base station for emptying on board tanks and dust to recharge and be at the ready. It announces each step vocally, an option you can keep on or off or control the volume. There are many options in terms of how intensive the cleaning is for both the vacuuming and mopping. Sure, it’s not cheap but the quality of there is as the amount of cleaning it does with very little interaction and maintenance.

This was my first robot vacuum I’ve ever purchased and the best investment for my home the L40 has handled absolutely everything i could throw at it if your interested in a robot this is the best of the best!

I've had my x40 ultra for about 3 weeks now and overall am satisfied with it. I have found it to do well with navigation in our cluttered home, it has never picked up clothing and does well avoiding wires or other objects. It's AI detection sometimes picks up our baseboards as wires and avoids them (they have a quarter round mold) and the software doesn't seem to reliably ignore this when I tell it too.
The app offers a lot of features but it is less intuitive than competitors like Roborock.

With the tricut brush it does well managing hair from our long hair cat. It also does well avoided the pet. With regards to the mops, it does well on laminate flooring and tile. It handles small messes easily. The auto empty feature works well, though I setuo a custom routine so it empties after each room. The mop water also gets very hot unlock competitors and I like that it can leave the mop pads behind.
It's too early yo say how it will do long term, but so far after running it twice a week for a full house clean and once daily for a smaller area we are satisfied.

Seems Mr dreamebot and I...are having communication issues.i tell him to clean one room...he cleans another...or just creates a room that doesn't exist. Hoping it's just going to take a little trial and error to get it going smoothly.App just isn't very "user friendly" in my opinion.But I have high hopes it will be awesome the more I figure it out better.

Sedert een paar weken maak ik gebruik van jullie X40 Ultra. Ik moet eerlijk toegeven : hij overtreft mijn stoutste verwachtingen. Was bijzonder aangenaam verrast van het resultaat. Ik had reeds ervaring met diverse andere merken. Maar ik kan slechts dit concluderen : dit is de Rolls Royce onder de robotstofzuigers. Hij doet probleemloos wat van hem verwacht wordt. Zowel stofzuigen als dweilen. Het is geen goedkoop toestel, maar ook niet extreem duur. Maar dat heb ik er graag voor over. Kwaliteit heeft nu eenmaal zijn prijs. En in dit geval acht ik de prijs volkomen verantwoord.
