Have been using the vacuum for two weeks now & I admit I love it! Frees up time to do other chores. I still have one aspect of programming I need to figure out i.e. can I program to do certain rooms on certain days. Other than that it has performed flawlessly. My husband is in amazement of it. Thanks Dreame for making my life easier.

This has checked all the boxes. I have a shepherd that sheds a lot and my previous robot could handle the hair but did not self empty. I added the tri cut roller and we have had no clogs and it’s been used daily. The real time camera was an added extra that i didn’t even know i wanted. When I’m not home now i can send this to search for my dog. Obstacle avoidance is great. Hasn’t gotten cord tangled or stuck once. Mopping has been good. Doesn’t over soak the floor. It’s been a great upgrade!

Really great at cleaning whilst also avoiding obstacles. Great customization as well. Minus 1 star for some awkward English translations, but it's all understandable

Love this product! Easy to use. We used Swiffers and wet Swiffers previously and think the floors are MUCH cleaner now.

Coming from a Shark robot vacuum, this is a huge upgrade for me. With the Shark, I had to manually swap parts to switch between vacuuming and mopping, remap the house at least once a month, and it constantly ran over socks, charger cables, and dog toys.
This new vacuum is a game changer. The app is much more user friendly, and it does a great job cleaning up after my two dogs who shed every time they breathe. Getting it on sale was a bonus. I have it set to vacuum twice a day and mop twice a week.
I love that I can control the suction power and mop wetness, and it even lifts the mop over my area rug something my last vacuum always got stuck on.
I’m really hoping this vacuum lasts for several years. I’ll definitely consider buying another in the future as the technology continues to improve

This was a great investment! My floors are clean automatically, and all I have to do is empty the dirty water bin. I love that it mops AND vacuums - even with several dogs my floors always look great. The app is easy to use, you can quickly and easily mark an area as one to avoid. I would definitely recommend!
