We really enjoy our X40 Ultra. It's very easy to clean/maintenance which in my opinion is one of the most important pieces to better automating your cleaning processes.

I've been using my Dreame X40 Ultra and I must admit, I am absolutely in love with this floor cleaner. I used to use a iRobot Roomba 969. So it got me interested in this whole process. But it was so unmanageable. Sometimes I would get home and find my sneakers being dragged across the livingroom floor. Or my Roomba lost in a room pulling on some cloth. It even beat up my clothes rack up so much it just fell apart of e day. I finally stopped autocleaning the home if I wasn't there.
This new X40 device is so amazing. I can actually s hedule it to turn on from work with no fears whatsoever. I was the work when it came to mopping my floors. I wanted no part of it. But im single, so I had to do something about it. I actually have epoxy floors in my home. I don't recommend epoxy because it scratches so easily, and the scratches get dirty and need to be mopped often lol. Well X40 rescued my floors. Its not bouncing off my furniture, it's just an excellent professional device. And I received it on sale at a discounted price so I am am torslly in love. I hope I'll never have any serious problems because I can't see myself living without it. And it looks sexy in the corner of my livingroom.

I look forward to the newer versions. Surely they'll be a day when it's short enough to roll under my sofas and clean there too!!

Better than my other robot cleaning brand

I was sceptical of a "new to me" company. My original robot had stopped working and while I was looking to upgrade to a mop and sweep model, Dreame popped up. From the moment I plugged it in, it proved to be a much superior system.

I love that I can vacuum and mop my floors while doing other things. It does a great job. I can't use the vacuum and mop feature at the same time or it dumps water all over the floor. If I vacuum then mop separately , it works great.

I absolutely love my Dreame X40 Ultra! With two cats and a dog, keeping up with pet hair, muddy paw prints, and everyday messes can feel like a full-time job — but this robot vacuum and mop handles it all effortlessly. It navigates my house like a pro, smoothly transitioning from carpet to tile to hardwood without missing a beat.
The X40 Ultra has an incredible ability to detect carpeted areas and automatically adjust, skipping the mop when needed and giving my carpets a thorough vacuum. The mopping function is equally impressive, leaving my tile and hardwood floors spotless and streak-free.
I’m amazed at how well it maps out the space and learns the layout, so every room gets the attention it deserves. The app makes it super easy to customize cleaning schedules and even target specific rooms or zones. It’s also surprisingly quiet, which is a huge plus with pets around.

It has been a week plus since my last review where I stated the robot was leaving dog hair all over the floor. After cleaning and clearing all the hair and resetting the system to empty after each cleaning task and scheduling to clean once a day I am happy to report no more problems whatsoever my floors are clean and free of all dog hair with the exception of a little by the docking station. The X40 has consistently emptied itself without any more clogs. Changing my rating to 5 out of 5 stars I would recommend this unit to anyone who has the money.
