The rower is durable and works great. It is smooth, quiet and comfortable to use. The only issue, the velcro strap on foot pedals difficult to adjust, to close to the machine. Also, the instructions for the monitor could better explained.
I would recommend this to a friend!

bought Jan 8. Pull belt frailed in less than 3 weeks. customer service i have to wait a month for replacement. Now it is just collecting dust

This rower is fantastic and I am so happy that I purchased this model. I had been looking for quite a few months. I was able to assemble it in just over 1 hour by myself. It rows smoothly and is quiet. It’s very easy to move around with the back wheels and stands up easily if you want to store it out of the way.s

The control panel/fitness meter is made very cheap...within 3 weeks, a few of the sensor wires and meter plate were loose and washer fell off. We have a service call in already for a replacement. It is also difficult to clear one workout from an upcoming despite following the instructions to press the button and hold it for two seconds.

Quiet, portable, easy to move. No way to get the odometer set to kilometres, that I see, anyway. The miles seem to come slowly, compared to other rowers, but it is a great workout. I usually row while watching a hockey game.
