Earbud creeps out while gaming.

Sound and bass is amazing, but the biggest problem with this vs. most of the other JBL earbud I have own. The earbud falls out even while sitting still. I have tried replacing all the silicone fitments, It will creep out slowly and the constant need to keep shoving it back in your ear. I wish JBL added a small wing to the design to lock the earbud in place. I wouldn't recommended for traveling.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Our JBL Tune Buds are compatible with our JBL Headphones app, please check your music player app and the headphone app to see if the EQ is engaged. If engaged, turn off the EQ. If turning it off does not resolve the issue, turn it on again and adjust the EQ by boosting the bass to your liking.

I like them but

I like the bass the sound and all that but it cuts out all the time for some reason idk if what’s happening but I wish they’d stop doing that idk how to fix it but otherwise there great

You may also shut down unused Bluetooth devices away from other sources of wireless signals that could overlap your connection, such as Wi-Fi signals from Wi-Fi routers. Additionally, you can unpair or forget to refresh the Bluetooth settings and try to reset the unit. If this issue remains, please contact our customer support for further assistance with your unit.

Thank you for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Tune Buds. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

I tried, I really did but these buds are so difficult to work with. They automatically reconnect to the last device that they were connected with so I was constantly chasing which device they were connected to so I could disconnect them. It's a good thing I got them at a discounted price because they are going in the drawer.

To fix the issue with your JBL Tune Buds, you can try to reset your earbuds with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times, and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet to pair them again. If these steps don't work, please contact our Customer Support for further assistance.
