First Galaxy watch ever, great product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm loving my Galaxy watch 7 44mm with Galaxy AI included. Waking up every morning and getting my energy score really helps to start my day!
Really looking forward to pairing my Galaxy watch with my Galaxy buds for work in the yard and workouts in the evening like playing basketball and running.
And 82% battery charge after a full days use.

How I use the Galaxy watch 7

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to not understand why people wore smart watches, but then I got my first one the Galaxy watch 5. I loved it, but then I upgraded to the Galaxy watch 7, and I find myself being lost with out it. Mostly use my watch to check notifications and messages, but have found how much of a help it is for tracking my sleep, to viewing my heart rate. And for someone who suffers with Asthma I find the spo2 is extremely helpful. The Galaxy AI experience has been great as it has better processing with Google assistant and other features. The fit is great even with my very small wrists. It's not to bulky and it doesn't get in the way when I'm doing daily activities.

Love my new watch, but there are some issues

I like it a lot, I just wish the interface was compatible with 3rd party apps like Facer or Watchmaker. The only other complaint is the battery life, but I just became aware of a bug they are working on. Otherwise this is a nice watch and way better than my old fitbit.

Horrible battery life

One of the worst Samsung products I've ever owned. My 3 year old galaxy watch 4 had almost triple the battery life. Talking to Samsung support and they don't care. They want me to take a week and half old product in for service (which they want me to pay for). I wish I didn't send in my trade in already. The battery life is awful and is a deal breaker. Horrible watch
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

From your phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app. Depending on your watch, you will either tap Watch settings or tap SETTINGS tab. Then, tap About watch, and then tap Update watch software. Low latency and Amazing features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my Galaxy watch 7. I originally had the 4, and when I would move to different screens, it was often very laggy and had very low fps. This is no longer an issue with the Watch 7. The Galaxy AI features are also a pretty nice to use. I love looking at my Energy score and seeing how I can improve the next day. I like using the watch to track different exercises and just get a general outlook on how active I'm being throughout the day. The sensors in the watch are very responsive, however they are not as accurate as other competitors watches. This isn't that big of an issue for me though as they are still fairly accurate and give me a good idea on intensity of workouts.

Great UI as always and its easy to use. Im a Personal trainer so the Samsung Health features are a must but ive seen even more Reliable apps now that i cant wait to test out ! Perfect for my Hikes/trails & my Workouts
