Exceptional Upgrade from Watch 4

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally pulled the trigger and upgraded to the 7 from the Watch 4. Incredibly happy. So much more responsive. Battery life is so much better. OS is clean and concise. Very very happy.

From being able to track my steps to my sleep all the way to keeping me on schedule from day to day. It is all just so seamless that to be honest you can go days without having to use the watch app on your phone because it just learns and adopts to your needs

The additional features, compared with the Watch 4 I had previously, have been quite nice. The temperature sensing will especially be helpful the next time I get sick. The AGEs Index is interesting although not clear how to interpret.
The watch face stopped displaying when my arm is raised and when tapped after a month. Have to press a side button.
