Watch for 12 yr old

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this watch for 12 yr old to be able to contact me when he's away from me. It serves it's basic purpose, but doesn't hold the charge for the entire day. It also randomly disconnects from my phone for no reason, so im always gaving to check to make sure we are connected on the Wearable app. It also won't download Google pay or Samsung wallet apps to be able to purchase food or items he may need.

Samsung offers a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your watch's battery is completely discharged, it will not power on. You'll need to charge it before turning it on. If the watch will not power on, it doesn't seem to charge, or the light on the charger blinks, the problem could be anything from the battery, connection, the charger, or the watch itself. If your watch will not pair to a phone, or if it randomly disconnects, restart your watch. You should also make sure the Galaxy wearable app is up to date, but it may be necessary to reset the app and unpair your watch. The Galaxy Watch7 features NFC which allows you to communicate with another device without connecting to a network. You can easily make payments and buy tickets for transportation or events after downloading and configuring the required apps. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my watch I am a single mother that works a full time job it helps me keep track of how much time I am on my feet and how busy I am between home and work, I have some medical problems and It helps me keep track of my blood pressure and heart rate, I use reminders alot to help keep track of everything that goes on in my day to day life. It makes phone calls and texting alot easier when I cant get to my phone. I would highly recommend a galaxy watch to anyone. I have wore mine for so long i have a tan line from it.
