What truly sets it apart is Galaxy AI. It provides a personalized "Energy Score" each morning, analyzing your activity and sleep from the previous day to gauge your readiness for new challenges. AI-powered sleep tracking goes deeper, even detecting potential signs of sleep apnea. During workouts, the watch offers personalized coaching and insights based on your heart rate and performance, helping you train smarter. With enhanced health monitoring and intelligent insights, the Watch 7 becomes an essential part of your daily routine. Go with a garmin

Features are just basic
Got a replacement- much better but on occasion it is dead in one day.
Overall a Garmin might cost more but in the end would probably be better for workouts etc...

A great smartwatch

Its battery life is excellent, and it does a great job tracking both sleep and daily activity. The companion app is easy to use and lets me set up custom workouts tailored to my goals. Easy to add/manage apps and change watch face. Had other watches but now I am done looking. When it's time to get a new watch I am definitely staying with the Samsung watch family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Watch 7 is a stylish, powerful smartwatch with a smooth display, fast performance, and plenty of health and fitness features. Battery life is solid, and the integration with Samsung devices is excellent. However, one limitation is that some messaging apps like WhatsApp and Telegram don’t fully sync, meaning you can’t always receive or reply to those messages directly from the watch. If Samsung improves app compatibility, this watch would be close to perfect.
