[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my watch so I don't have to carry my phone all the time. I use bixby to nashe calls, send texts and Google to look stuff up for me. I use the galaxy ai to help with explaining things and finding exactly what I'm looking for.

I'm slowly exploring all the features and app tiles to understand what all it does, haven't tried the "Galaxy AI" abilities yet but excited to learn.

I have been a Samsung watch owner since the Gear S3. I really have enjoyed each iteration after that and the Watch7 is no different. I do like the fact that they have updated the watch to use Wear OS instead of Samsung's Tizen OS. The watch feels snappier with the google standard for watches. I like the flat face of the watch makes it simpler when applying screen protectors. The health monitoring improves with each iteration and is a reliable look into your health, but it goes without saying if you feel like you are having any health-related issues then ensure you are going to the doctor.
I would recommend this to a friend!
