The performance is noticeably snappier, and apps load instantly—it feels like a genuine leap forward. The new health features, especially the AI-powered sleep coaching, have been surprisingly helpful. I'm getting better insights into my rest than ever before. The brighter screen is a game-changer for outdoor workouts; even in direct sunlight, I can clearly see my stats. The battery life is decent, getting me through a full day with regular use and a workout, and the faster charging is a welcome touch. My only minor gripe is that sometimes the screen isn't as responsive as I'd like, especially with quick taps or swiping between widgets. It's a small issue, but one I've noticed on a few occasions. Other than that, the Watch 7 is an excellent device that's integrated seamlessly into my daily routine."

Performance is lightning fast — no lag when opening apps or tracking workouts. I especially love the improved health features like accurate heart rate monitoring, advanced sleep tracking, and the new body composition analysis. The fitness tracking is spot-on, and it even automatically detects when I start walking or exercising.

Far beyond my Galaxy watch active 2

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI on my watch has helped me out a lot with writing notes and texts and even finding new information. I have already immersed myself in using as many of the features on my watches I can including the talk to text and the phone function and it's all clear as day. I also listen to music through my watch when I don't want to waste my phone battery so I don't have my Bluetooth speaker around. Overall it is awesome and I couldn't be happier.

Just needs a little improvements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The watches heart sensor is a little bit finicky at times of register almost within two heartbeats away and I verify this through an actual doctor doing heart monitoring at the exact time and then I other times it'll go over and it'll say 112 and they would be at like 75 so I can be a little bit tricky and yes I've done cleaning and resets and even check the way I wear it just to rule anything out but it's weird also I don't recommend using the constant monitoring it's had more incorrect monitoring so stick to the other two settings it is a great watch and useful but I do wish there was more control on the app to do the settings for the watch as it can be a little bit tricky if it's your First Smart watch.
