[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the year of having the Galaxy Watch 7, I have learned that not only is it reliable for seeing notifications, changing music when I am working, or seeing who is calling but it holds up greatly over the times I have accidentally hit the watch against stuff, the glass is completely intact and the metal frame only took some scratches. The band that came with the watch is easy to take off and change out with other bands if you don't want the rubber sport band, and its also easy to clean. Samsung has not disappointed me whatsoever
