[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new watch and all of it's new Galaxy AI features. It looks great and works smoothly. It works seamlessly with my Galaxy S24 Iltra phone. The battery life is very good, compared to other Samsung watches I have owned. I think it is a great watch to own!

My only issue was the fact it's advertised as having blood pressure reading abilities,but after purchasing found out it doesn't. I understand the issue is with the FDA clearance, but it needs to be noted on the packaging.
Overall, I would buy again.

I can go nearly two full days without charging — even with continuous heart rate monitoring, workout tracking, sleep analysis, and notifications on. It's one less thing I have to worry about in my daily routine.
Whether I'm tracking my steps during morning walks, managing stress levels between meetings, or using it to control music during workouts, the Watch 7 is always ready. It’s sleek, powerful, and surprisingly durable. Plus, the fast-charging feature is a lifesaver when I’m on the go.
Samsung really nailed the balance between performance and battery life — it keeps up with me from dawn till well past dusk!

Lot of Features to Choose from

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am surprised on how many features I use on my Samsung Galaxy 7. I use several of the health features like the one to help me know when I am snoring. (more than I was wanting to know), my sleep patterns, breathing, blood pressure and more. I use it when I go on my walks so I know how far I’ve gone and how many steps I’ve taken as well as other fun information that keeps me motuvated to do more! I am glad to know it measures my heart rate too. I am a Bowenwork practitioner and so I use the timer to know when my time is up to make the next set of moves on my client. It is so much quieter than other timers. It has impacted my life much more than I have realized and am grateful to have a product that can help in so many ways.
