My second galaxy watch
on August 2, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Watch 7 impresses with its sleek design and high-quality Super AMOLED display. Available in various sizes and finishes, it combines elegance with functionality. The intuitive interface enhance navigation, while the watch's performance is smooth and responsive, thanks to the latest processor and Wear OS.
Health tracking is a highlight, with advanced sensors for heart rate, ECG, and blood oxygen, plus detailed sleep analysis. Fitness features are extensive, supporting numerous activities with accurate GPS tracking. Battery life is solid, offering 2 days on a single charge, and charging is quick with wireless support.
Connectivity is strong, with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and optional LTE, ensuring you stay connected even without your phone. Compatibility is best with Android devices, though it supports iOS to a lesser extent. Voice assistants like Google Assistant and Bixby add convenience, but the watch's higher price might be a consideration for some.
Overall, the Galaxy Watch 7 is a top choice for those seeking a stylish, feature-rich smartwatch with excellent health tracking and performance.
Pretty lilomted as to what you can do and also Not too happy with the style.

Frustrated at low battery life

I received the galaxy watch 7 non LTE a few weeks ago and am not very pleased. Even with the watch set so that the screen shuts off and can only turn on by tapping the screen or button I'm still needing to charge it with under 30hrs of use. And that is with regular, non "high" cardio days. I love the idea of what the galaxy watch 7 can deliver (it does have a lot), but if I have to bring the charger with me in case I can't make it home that night why bother.

Thanks for the outreach! We love to hear from our valued customers. It looks like you reached out to share your experience with the Watch7. We're glad to see that you like the features the watch has to offer. We understand that battery life is crucial for a positive experience. We recommend performing an update on your watch to make sure the watch is running with the latest software version. Your Samsung smartwatch is more than just cogs and gears – it's wired with processors, data chips, and software! Just like with any other smart device, it's crucial to keep the watch's software and apps updated regularly. The good news is that you can handle updates with or without a phone! From your phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app. Depending on your watch, you will either tap Watch settings or tap SETTINGS tab. Then, tap About watch, and then tap Update watch software. Or, tap About Gear, and then tap Update Gear software. If this persists, please reach out to us at Samsung Support so that we can further assist you. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

Classy, Useful, Enjoyable, and High Quality

So far, I'm in love. It looks great, the screen is incredible, the software experience is better than that of the Pixel Watch 2 I owned before this, and the health tracking features are great. The fact that it uses standard bands instead of some weird proprietary method is such a plus as a watch enthusiast. And the battery life is awesome too, better than the Pixel Watch 2. I put it on around 7:30 AM and take it off around 11-12 PM daily, and despite Always On Display, using it for health tracking, texting, internet searches, notifications, and even calls, I usually have 40%+ battery left. Meaning just a brief charge at some point would make this thing last 2 days Overall I love this thing so far, I would 100% recommend it.
Trade-In value was a little lower than I expected but the upgrade from the Frontier3 to the Galaxy 7 has been a great improvement. It isn't as bulky and very user friendly. I use it mainly for fitness/swimming and the ability to stay water-safe is amazing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Better than my GW4 Classic
on November 12, 2024
Posted by: GadgetPrince
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched from my Galaxy Watch 4 Classic to my Galaxy Watch 7 because almost all of the features it has made me want to upgrade. The Galaxy AI added so many cool new features! The battery life is much better, the screen is so much clearer and cleaner looking than my GW4. The performance is much smoother. I'm very happy that I upgraded. Even when I turn on the Always On Display the battery still makes it 37 hours. Without it I get around 53 hours. I am so happy that I upgraded. It is a definite improvement! If you have the chance to it!
Watch is overall good. However, it drains battery too too quickly. Thats the only issue so far I have noticed.

Charging is difficult, looks nice though
on April 13, 2025

I bought this to replace a gear s3 frontier which finally had battery failure. Wish it had been more up front about charging limitations. Can't charge from my phone which makes using it on trips pointless. Plus the charging cable is fixed and too short to reach my table. Also can't use my existing charger because it is usb A and the cable is usb C. At this point I might replace the battery in my old watch and use it instead. This new one is too much of a hassle.
