This is my first smart watch, purchased because I'm tired of trying to find my phone!
The band it comes with is excellent. Samsung support is good.
Only flaws are that the round dial makes it hard to fit much text information on the screen, and I thought the 40" is even a little too big for my wrist. But since I want the text, that is the way it is. The band it comes with is SUPER comfortable. Wish it came in more colors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this watch, and I fully enjoy the features. I like that I can track my steps, sleep, and work outs. I just wish the battery life was better. Sometimes when I am doing a lot I feel like the battery dies so quickly. I don't like having to charge it every single day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The watch feels like a simplified phone on my wrist. Its quick access to nearly everything my phone can do. It takes away the need to take out my phone out of my pocket to check it. I almost feel comfortable using only my watch without my phone

I mainly use it to keep track of health and health related things. I have found it very useful in other ways as well.
My complaints are I didn't have an option to choose my band. I unfortunately got a s/m and needed a m/l. I'm making due with the current band for now. The other issues I have is the battery life isn't the best. But could be my personal use of it.
Beyond those negatives I am very much loving this watch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never wanted a watch like this. I used to have another brand that tracked my steps, sleep etc., but listen the watch is so fun. I feel cool and connected. The watch is so cute, I love the green band and as a woman I prefer the bolder look so I got the 44mm.
Being able to read my texts without having to take out my phone is everything. It's also more safe when driving. My watch is cooler than my car, lol. I also appreciate being able to take calls when my phone is not with me. I never miss an important message from my family.
I also get all the notifications and I can decide what I need to respond to or ignore.
Now for the downside.....the watch does not track activity accurately. It doesn't count my steps, it doesn't track my exercise and it's really frustrating. It buzzes to remind me to move which is nothing special.
I also can't find anything on the watch when I need to. I'm still figuring it out but it's NOT intuitive or user friendly. I just keep swiping back and forth until I find what I need or just give up.
Lastly, I was not expecting to have to charge it every day. I found out it's because it's connected to everything on my phone and probably using Galaxy AI to ensure everything is up to date. I usually charge it at night which means I miss the sleep tracking, oh well.
All in all, I'm still getting used to it and I'm glad I got it as a promotion and intro to smart watches.

Samsung provides a 12- month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials an workmanship. The accuracy of the watch's step measurement can be affected by the following factors:
* Make sure your watch and the Samsung Health app are using the latest software.
Environmental and skin conditions may affect how well the steps are recorded.
* Steps are not counted when there is no hand movement in the exercise. For example, steps may not be recorded when pushing a lawn mower or cart because your hands are not moving. The watch is intended to calculate real step counts while walking.
* Walk naturally without looking at the watch or your shoulders, elbow and wrist being raised. When you walk looking at the watch, the accelerometer will not properly measure your steps taken, distance traveled, or even calories burned.
* The step count may not increase immediately when walking or exercising due to the step count algorithm. When the algorithm detects 10 continuous steps, the algorithm starts to count your steps taken and updates the step count.
* You may experience a brief delay before the Steps app displays your latest step count. There may also be a delay before the Goal pop-up window appears.
* If you use the steps tracker while traveling by car or train, vibration may affect your step count.
You can test the step count performance by walking 50 continuous steps on a straight path. Walk naturally. If the number of steps are not recognized correctly after walking 50 continuous steps, your watch will need service. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Another win for Samsung in my eyes. The watch 7 does all you need and some. I love the water lock feature. Also the ability to personalize the wallpaper background. The awesome features of galaxy Ai tops it off with the super easy way watch and phone work together as team. Even with only the watch it is above and beyond doing it's job. It makes my life so much nicer while working. Having everything at your fingers tips with my hands being free ro continue working. Way to go Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Galaxy watch ultra,I love using my Galaxy watch for my health and checking my vitals my heart rate my oxygen counts my foot steps how many calories I'm burning and so much more.
Everybody needs to get one if your worried about your health. I also uses AI to compare my data so I can see where I can improve
