Battery life is about the same as the galaxy watch 5 pro I traded in (figured that this would be better).
But its nice that the after market bands for the 5 pr and the 6 work with the 7.

I absolutely love this watch! The only thing I would have liked to see would have been more color options for the band when I purchased it. But this greyish band is geowing on me. Otherwise, I love the sleep info I get. The daily scores for my sleep are so nice! It also reminds me to get up and move around when I've been sitting too long. There are too many things, I like about this, to write all of it down. I definitely recommend this watch!! It is so convenient and pretty easy to use once I learned all the things it does.
