Nothing really impacting, same watch as the SG4...plus the band are not comfortable...replaced already for a generic one!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Response from Samsung USBy R&R Team, January 7, 2025
Hi Ariell, Thanks for taking the time out of your day to share your thoughts with us about your Samsung Galaxy Watch7. As we strive to be innovative and make improvements on the design and functionality of our products, your feedback is invaluable. Here's how your Galaxy Watch7 differs from the Watch4: The Watch7 was designed with a Super AMOLED Sapphire crystal display and with an aluminum case while the Watch4 was designed with a Super AMOLED Corning Gorilla Glass DX. The physical user interface is slightly different as well. The Watch4 offers 2 Button + Digital Bezel while the Watch7 offers a Home and Back button. You've gained quite a bit of features by upgrading your device. For instance, the Watch7's heath features include - Energy Score with Galaxy AI, Wellness tips, Heart monitoring, Sleep Coaching with Apnea Detection, Irregular Heart Rhythm, Notifications, Personalized Heart Rate Zones, Automatic workout detection, Body Composition, and Cycle Tracking. The Watch4's heath features include - Heart Monitoring, Advanced Sleep Coaching, Automatic workout detection, and Body Composition. The Watch7 also offers a 2GB RAM with 32GB of internal storage while the Watch4 offers 1.5GB of RAM with 16GB of internal storage. For your convenience, I have included a link to the compatible watch bands for your device. If you would like any further assistance or if you would like to share additional feedback with us, feel free to reach out to Samsung Support. Thank you for being a cherished Samsung customer. - Debra
Light weight with all the usability of a watch and still able to work with my Samsung phone. The virtual bezel took some getting used to although it works really well. The lack of bezel allows for a larger viewing area on the watch which is nice as well.
