so far so good! went from a watch 5 pro to a watch 7; I get it, it may seeem like a downgrade, but my wrist is pretty small and I chose the 40mm on purpose considering how heavy it was to wear the watch 5 pro. The watch 7 does the same things as the previous watch and I didn't need anything too fancy anymore. So this is perfect for me including the fabric band I chose.

Was working really well until it gave me totally bogus heart rate during an intense run. HR dropped on the watch from 170 to 110 during a heavy workload.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If the step and heart rate tracking features are not working properly on your watch, the watch band or strap may be too loose, or the watch's software might need updating. However, a simple reboot may solve the problem. The lower your heart rate is during exercise, the more in shape you are and vice versa. Use your smart watch to keep track of your heart rate whenever you work out or go for a jog, so you can see how far you’ve come. I love everything about this watch except for one issue. How do I charge it. Of course it came with a charging magnetic disc with wire attached, BUT No adapter for the end that needs to be plugged into a electrical outlet. At this price point why didn't I get a watch that I can actually charge the day I receive it?????? I have many adapters but all have a port to plug in a USB-A wire not the one supplied with the watch. How cheap can you get????

I am not a big fan of smartwatches, but I have always had them. In selecting this device, I considered the screen size because I prefer small screen sizes over big ones, hence my reason for not going for the Ultra. I’m happy that I picked it, and so far, I am enjoying the experience.

Nice design. Sturdy but lightweight. Cool gesture features. Overall good battery life. Super fast charging. Syncs well with my peloton and fitness apps. Not quite as functional without my phone as I would like compared to my Garmin. But I didn't boost for a data package, so that's kind of on me.
