[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to upgrade my Galaxy watch 4 to the 7. I like it so far. I like the updated health metrics this watch is able to give me now. That was one of the main reasons I upgraded was to get more information about my sleep and recovery. The battery life has been fine, similar to the 4 so not annoyed for it to be charged every day and half.

Coming from the Galaxy watch 4 classic and I just love the new features with Galaxy AI, the bezel that isn't there and the many health trackers this watch has. I'm Someone who struggles with sleeping at night and it tracks my sleep. Also use my watch at work so I don't have to take my phone out Everytime I get a notification. Love this watch. It's super light on my wrist and charges pretty fast. It was a huge upgrade from my watch 4 classic.

My new Watch 7 upgrade from Watch 3

Turns out I was wrong, I really like the new slim profile and better battery life. I noticed the AI features after someone sent me a text and I sent back a quick response which was a good answer related to our conversation.

I have the white one so nice looking..
