I love these composition books with their attractive and bright colors. I use them as a food diary and to journal my thoughts down in. And I would definitely recommend this product for adults as well as kids and teenagers.

Great for taking notes in class or keeping a journal. Lies flat on desk which is convenient and comes in a good choice of colors. Maybe the best feature is the excellent price!!
