Composition book are great for journal writing because it is more difficult for the pages to fall out. They are sturdy and can be quite decorative. The only downfall I see is that when a page is ripped out it is jaged and sometimes all the other pages start to unravel.

VERY good excerise book with enough pages to last at least one semester . Lines were will spaced with just the right weight .

Great sturdy notebook. I like the binding on it. The colors were great also. Nice hard cover and back make this a sturdy notebook.
