I am extremely pleased with all your products. Especially the 301 1.6mm bold black and also the 301 mechanical pencil.. They operate flawlessly every time. The ink is consistant. They fit in every folder and attache case. And they look professional. I have also purchased the 301 in blue, green and red. Once again they are excellent. Thank you for the bold.

I like the way they feel and write, but that plastic part of the barrel is unreliable. I've had two of them break in the last couple weeks. One of them was almost out of ink, but the other was still mostly unused.

I am glad that after 2 years of sending emails about this, that Zebra finally made them. My wife found them before I did and she called me over to make sure I seen them and bought two packs.

I really wish Zebra would go back to the formula they used a few years ago. The F-301 was unbeatable. It would write anywhere and on anything. The last few packs I have bought write when they want to and thats it. I have resorted to keeping a different brand of pen handy for when the Zebra gets in a bad mood and decides to stop. It is an excellent pen when it works, but when these run out of ink, I am done with them until they change back. It isnt worth it to keep extra pens handy just because you can't trust the pen you want.

A simply amazing pen. I have not had much experience with these because my friends keep stealing these! But there is a couple problems: If you wash these, they turn brown and smell horrible. (Not rust) And the next problem: Testing durability by hitting kind of breaks the plastic after around 20 or so hits, but maybe if you see this Zebra, you could make an all steel 301? I can't find 401s or 701s so I trust these.

I love these pens for journaling and writing notes during talks. My only big complaint is that the ink is noticeably lighter than other black ballpoint pens I own. The Moleskine Pens are horrible in quality but the ink is much blacker than these Zebra ones. Hoping they'll come out with an improvement for the darkness of the ink (right now it's like a blue-ish grey) and release them as refills!

I used to be an avid Zebra pen user, however, a 2-pack I bought recently has proven to be absolutely useless. I like a constant nice flow of ink, but these go in and out of ink every time I use them. Not sure if I want to risk it by buying them again.

I have used these pens for 20 years. Recently had trouble with 6 that I bought at different times in different colors where the ink flow was interrupted and made them useless and frustrating to write with. Contacted the company through this web site to complain, politely, and haven't heard a thing. I found online others with similar experiences who have done micro-engineering fixes as a work around. No thanks. I don't want to jump ship but I want a pen that writes.
