This is an excellnt product. You can slip your paperwork in and out of the pockets so easily. You can almost do it on the go. In fact I have. The material is firm yet plyable.

I moderate 8 meetings/year. I keep these in a 3-ring binder & label them with the months the meetings will occur. As I work on things at various times these slashed front binders provide a place to capture contact notes messages negotiation papers attendance issues etc. as they occur. All paperwork is easily accessed whenever necessary.
