To store my tax records for the federal required 7 years I have used a 3-ring binder. It was becoming very bulky and a pain to punch holes in the important documents that accompanied the forms. On a trip to Staples too see what i could do for better storage I found a 3-ring binder "pocket" it works perfectly!

They're binder pockets. Not much you can say about them. They serve their purpose. Nothing spectacular about them. Decent priced too.

These Clear Binder pockets are just what I needed to keep all of my papers neatly and easily organized. It's amazing how a piece of plastic in the form of a pocket can make such a big difference. I highly recommend using them for business personal and school use. I have ordered more to use with all of my notebooks including my personal cookbook with small papers to keep them clean and reachable.

I use the product to organize and store critical documents used in sales presentations: examples of monthly merchant statements; cvhart explaining pricing philosopht etc. I don't need to fiddle with flimsy pages that sometimes adhere to each other. I can grab a sample quickly.
