To store my tax records for the federal required 7 years I have used a 3-ring binder. It was becoming very bulky and a pain to punch holes in the important documents that accompanied the forms. I moderate 8 meetings/year. I keep these in a 3-ring binder & label them with the months the meetings will occur. As I work on things at various times these slashed front binders provide a place to capture contact notes messages negotiation papers attendance issues etc. as they occur. All paperwork is easily accessed whenever necessary.

Got to cover some papers from getting wet dirty. The only thing that I'm not sure if they make or not is one without the holes on the outside to put in a binder. Will have to cut them off
