I like the sturdiness the clarity and the neatness. They do extend out farther than the dividers which is my only drawback by I can deal with it.

As a real estate office manager often working with 60-75 clients and multiple agents at a time I use these routinely to stay organized. They're much more user-friendly than files & sheet protectors and the colors allow for an added level of organization. Some I use administratively inside a binder. Most I use in a stack filer on my desk. I use all five colors each one according to the type of client as the file is being worked and then the type and/or stage of the file once it becomes an active transaction. Their diagonal front design keeps everything secure yet easy to grab. This is ideal for switching from one color to the next as the transaction progresses. Please Staples...don't do away with these! I've found none other that compare (actually I haven't looked--once I found these I had no reason to continue shopping!) My only wish is that the colors were sold in packs by themselves. I tend to use green & yellow more than red & blue. Not a big deal though...

Keep Paper Clutter Under Control

I use these like file folders. When I travel I throw all the applicable e-mails (airline and hotel confirmations driving directions etc.) into one of these and keep it in my purse. I'm retired but if I was still working they would be great to keep small project paperwork together - they are more substantial than a file folder the closed bottom keeps things from falling out and because they are translucent you can see what's inside without having to open it up!
