These pockets are great in binders but I also use them loose on my desk to keep different projects together. I have all my managers using them.

A great way to file your receipts in a minimum of space. You can use each folder to hold a month of receipts. Or put all electric bill receipts in one folder credit card receipts in another etc. An easy way to find the receipt when you need it. Just put in a binder one binder for each year with all receipts organized. It doesn't get any easier than this. And takes up less space than file folders and filing cabintets. You won't believe how much easier it will be to find what you want when you want it.

I own and run a pet care business & must carry around various pieces of information daily. I use 3-8 of these in a binder and can easily add new or updated information quickly. The pockets keep me organized & compartmentalized. They're sturdy too; once I mistakenly ran over my [open] binder & tho the binder didn't survive these pockets did !
