The color coding is great. Use these constantly and with the clear cover can quickly pick up the documents I need.

Great color-coded secure storage

Use these folders to store materials in alphabetized notebook. Keeps info readily accessible because it can be moved around easily in these pockets and similar items stay together even the non-letter size housed in these clear color keepers. Could use these in more different colors so subjects could be stored by color as well which would require less info management.

I use this product as a covering for sign out sheet in an afterschool program.Parents know what color their childs class has all they have to do is look for color slip out the attendance sheet sign out their child and slip the paper back. This keeps the papers very neat.

So Many Uses!

These are great! I use them to keep documents for: each vacation we are planning paperwork for each garden and household project Christmas birthday etc. lists and gift suggestions my household finance binders (for bank statements credit card statements insurance investments etc.) medical information for each family member etc. There are hundreds of uses for these. They hold up well and I use them to take travel documents with me when I travel . . .fast easy convenient. Everything is organized and easy to find. These are a great convenience.
