Staples Divider Pockets-

I have ordered a set of these several times. When I am working on a project I want to find quickly I slip the paperwork in one of these and set on top of my tray on my desk. That way it is colorful and visible for quick access. I can also hand them to a coworker to review material and the work does not get lost on their desk since it so noticeable and colorful. they can be used in binders which I have done as well but my favorite use of them is when I am taking a project home or away from my desk. I can separate groups of papers and carry them in a briefcase and they are quickly accessible.

Been trying to find these but the office supply source no longer carried them. So glad I can search the net and order them myself. Saves running all over town trying to find another supplier. I'd think these would be available for school kids since they are of material that holds with repeated use year after year unlike the heavy paper product binder pockets. I wish they had been available when I was in school.

Use for different projects as they occur

I keep information about events (medical appoints trips upcoming marathons training programs etc) which I organize in notebooks. Once the event has occurred I take the information out and start over again with the next item in my "to do" list. My system helps me keep up with where things are prior to being needed- thus working for me.

add "transparent" to the description

These transparent folders are easy to get papers into and out of without struggling to separate the front and back sheets as with the top-opening folders. Being able to see what is in each folder -- the transparency feature -- makes finding the "right" folder in a notebook easy. Each folder also holds several sheets of paper of many sizes. They are readily reusable which makes them even better. Post-its stick easily to the outside or inside for easy reference and updating. I would like to be able to buy a package with more than five at a time -- say 20 or 25 as an option to the five pack.
