The notebook cover is not a solid color. The white Mead label with description and bar code is a permanent part of the cover taking up the lower right quarter of the cover. It is not aesthetically pleasing.

I love a good notebook. I prefer composition style but my boys use spirals at school. These come in so many colors that my two high schoolers can have a different color for every subject and none the same between them! Make sure you stock up during the summer because they are not cheap in March when you need two more.
