The need of one day name tags.

We use name tags, with different colors and logos to identify our volunteers task assignments. This identifies an individual as belonging to a task group. At our major event, we have over 300 volunteers and their name tags give them the identification necessary for access to specific areas. Therefore the name tag does a lot more that just a readable name of an individual, it identifies him/her as a member of a specific group. To the public, it identifies professionalism of the organization, by identifying the volunteers as individual that can give them assistance, regardless of the way the volunteer is dressed. Each tag has the individuals and task description that is obtained from a spreadsheet listing. The Tags when issued, are used as proof of arrival by some of the groups, this eases the volunteer management problem. And because the tags are printed in alphabetical order, tag handling becomes easy. Because of the ease of changing the color of the elements, last years tag can be quickly altered to this years design.

Name badge labels easy to use

I used the software available online with this product and it was very easy to use. I was able to upload an image and then enter the names in our group and the event. It worked great with no problems. I would recommend this for anyone with a small job or a big job!
