inconsistancy lately

I have been using Staples white 110 lb card stock for 8 years in my small greeting card business. The product was perfect until last year when I noticed a vertical crease through the entire page. It was on every other piece. I had to sort though each package for awhile before I printed on it and when I tried to return it I was told since it was on sale "2 for 1" I could not receive a credit. I think the issue has resloved itself but it makes me wonder why they were on sale to being with.

This paper is nice and heavy and can be used for card bases cutouts and lots of other things. Get some now. Would like to see more colors in this heavy cardstock.
