Paper needs reinforced holes

Be careful with paper as holes not reinforced and easy to tear. Better idea of value after used them for several months--but just purchased them right now.

The Staples College Ruled Filler paper has a purple hue. It apparently has recycled content that is not identified on the package. I would prefer bright white paper.
