Came fully assembed except for handles. It supports hanging file folders without having to purchase the aluminum hangers. Only issue is that the drawers can't be physically removed from the cabinet. It's great for us since we save almost all of our documents on the computers and in the cloud and can keep readily available copies in the file cabinet.

Light weight file cabinet

This file cabinet is really light weight. It is constructed in a way that the drawers easily fall out of the track. I have never seen a file cabinet constructed in this manner. I use it but very gently and intentionally. I would not recommend this file cabinet.

This is the worst built file cabinet I have ever purchased. Even when there is only a few files in the top it falls of the track when you open it and it’s not easy getting it back on track. I have a difficult time with the bottom drawer as well. Spend a few extra bucks for a better model. This one sucks!!!
