The picture showed a "textured" look but when I got it home it was a plain flat outer finish.

Great product for home use. Would not recommend for everyday office use but for storing my personal files or business files that you don't access all the time this is perfect.

Perfect cabinets

My husband and I bought two of these units on sale just a few weeks ago. Because they were out of stock at the time the store had them delivered to our home promptly two days later. The filing cabinets are quite light but incredibly sturdy. It took my husband I literally only seconds to carry to our office unbox and assemble the hardware. They have great shape width and height dimensions to automatically hold standard hanging file folders without having to add additional hassling bar hangers. A Steal for the price!

I had looked for a basic file cabinet. It will not be used on a daily basis so it was unnecessary to have one that is heavy construction. I was pleasantly surprised at the look of this cabinet for the price.
