Nice Cabinet Keys missing

The file cabinet was well-packaged and arrived undamaged. The drawers while only 18" deep are well-made and without any sharp edges. However my cabinet arrived with NO KEYS. The drawer handles were in a small plastic bag securely taped to the inside of the bottom drawer. I could not find the keys anywhere. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with Staples arranging a replacement set of keys. Then - SURPRISE! As I turned the cabinet on its back to carry it there were the keys - loose not in or taped to anything about to fall on the floor. VERY BAD PACKAGING from the manufacturer.

Good file for the money

I bought this two drawer file cabinet while it was on sale recently. It seems like a good sturdy file for the money. I'm using it to replace one I had for a number of years and this one seems sturdier and more compact.

This is a solid little cabinet for the money and the drawers move easily. But you cannot open the top drawer all of the way or open it at all if the bottom drawer is even cracked open. This means you can only use half of the top drawer.

When drawer is locked it can still be easily pried open. I can pull it out at least 2" with the lock engaged.
