I was so disappointed. The drawers would not open and close properly and they kept turning when we tried to pull them out or in. It's VERY small. I had to return it as my things got stuck inside.

The metal is thinner and these plastic railings are not holding up the file cabinets I am thinking about returning them hopefully they’ll make these cabinets like back in the old days. That will hold up and not collapse.

Arrived dented and while a discount was offered an initially accepted the top and side corner damage apparently warped the entire cabinet. Once we spent the entire day organizing and filling with our files the drawers would not pull out and kept twisting off the track. Essentially they twisted like rubber much like the Tacoma Narrows Bridge in the wind. Lightweight and useless. We returned it.

The outside housing was way too wide for the drawers. Thus the drawers did not side but fell to the bottom of the file cabinet.

Drawers bent at an angle which prevented fully opening the drawer when files placed inside the locking cabinet.

It looked great and I was happy to get it. But as soon as I filled the middle drawer with files it bent sideways at an alarming angle and I could not get the drawer open more than a few inches. Once I emptied out the files it returned to its original shape. I want to return it but I'm not sure I can carry it out of the house and down a flight of stairs.
