This cabinet worked OK at first when I didn't have too many files in it. When I added more files the top drawer jammed. It wouldn't open straight out. When I was able to remove most of the files it worked for a while. However it doesn't even work with just a few files. This cabinet is going in the trash.

This is cheap garbage. Both drawers broke within days of purchasing. Buy something sturdier. You get what you pay for.

The frame of the cabinet has metal that is so thin the bottom drawer comes off its runners if top two drawers are filled with hanging file folders. Sides must flex causing the problem. Not recommended for office use.

These are great file drawers have exterior handles and locks seem very sturdy and they were priced great.

I had to return the 3 drawer vertical file cabinet that I bought at Staples. Even though I got a great deal on the file cabinet when I loaded my files into the file cabinet the weight made the sides of the cabinet bow a little bit but enough to make the drawers come out of their channel and fall into the drawer below. I then greatly reduced the weight of the files (by over 50%) and the drawers still came out of their channels and fell into the drawers below. The sides of the cabinet are very flimsy metal and only work for very extra extra light filing. This cabinet just won't work for the filing I need. I would not recommend this product for anything more than very light light filing.

This two drawer file cabinet fill my needs for things I need to file and has an extra drawer you can put valuables in and lock. I would like to have more colors to chose from than black and white.
