This was the second file cabinet I ordered actually this was a gift. Draws have to b pried open in order to get to handles so now the person I ordered this for has to unscrew them and fasten on to front hopefully they will fit properly. This is really unacceptable but to return would create a real hardship. Please advise

The worse of the worse! I purchased and the first one all the drawers fell! Thinking it was defective I called customer service and they quickly replaced. I received the replacement and it was worse! Such a disappointment!

After 2 weeks it is completely useless. The metal of the drawers has bent out of shape. Now they wont open and close. I'm not storing bowling balls in it or anything just old files and art supplies. Now I have to figure out how to return it or get rid of it. It's not like a kept the gigantic box it came in jsut it case it needed to get shipped back. What a waste.

I am in need of something a bit sturdier. It just seems a bit flimsy to me.

This file cabinet is good if you want a smaller one. It should not be overloaded as it is not quite as sturdy.
