It’s sturdy and holds plenty of files. Unfortunately the drawers fall off the tracks very easily. I have to fix it every time I open a drawer. It’s a major hassle.

Nice cabinet however you pay for 3 drawers but can only get to use the equivalent of 2 drawers because they only pull out 2/3 of the way. Needs extendsion rails.

I was very disappointment with the quality of the 3 drawer vertical file cabinet. When I filled the drawers with files (on file hangers) the drawer would get cock-eyed and not slide out on the tracks. The material used to fabricate this cabinet is very thin and flimsy. I plan on returning this item.

Purchased last week and it isn't sturdy and I already called the Staples store near me to tell them I"ll need to return it. I hope they have another that is a 3-tier but built stronger. Otherwise I want my money back.

Adequate for our home filing needs. Good quality for the price. We bought the caddie with it and would recommend it if you need to move the file cabinet around. We had some difficult initially in assembling it as the directions were inside the file cabinet and the handles were also inside.

Very disappointed by these file cabinets. The tracks on the side that hold the file drawers in place are not deep enough and when you put files in the drawer and it has any weight in it one side or the other keeps slipping off the track. This happens every time we attempt to open the file drawer. So frustrating. We bought two and it is the same for both of them. The sides are too flimsy to support the file drawers.
